FacilityTree updates the Autocad drawings automatically every night so you have the
latest information each morning.
The FacilityTree overlay for Autocad allows updates made to the drawings using
Autocad to be recorded in FacilityTree as the drawings are updated. This ensures
that the drawings and FacilityTree are always up to date.
You can generate a company phone book and directory.

An Excel spreadsheet can be imported into FacilityTree with the
locations of employees.
Facilitytree will process the spreadsheet and use it to add the

rather than using several days of Autocad drafting or manual data entry.

A human resources system can supply a list of new hires and current employees
each day. FacilityTree can process this file, add the new employees, remove the
terminations and make the spaces vacant. FacilityTree provides a report with the names of
the new employees who need to be assigned seats.
FacilityTree can supply a list of current employees with their seat assignments,
phone numbers and email addresses to client systems.
This data can be used in any number of ways, updating an HR system or updating
a phone system or updating an access system.
