Board of Education Meeting

Thursday, August 20, 2020 Please set up by 6:00 p.m.
Set up tables in a U shape with 4 on each side and an individual chair at each table. 2 tables in the bottom of the U shape (by the projector screen) with 3 chairs spread apart. Please put 1 table by the front entrance for visitor sign in.
Please put one small table in the northwest corner on an angle by the window with 1 chair.
Please put 1 table past the sign in table for administration that will attend the meeting.
Please put the podium in the north east corner of the room by the chairs for the audience.
Please place 20 chairs spread out with 3 in one row and the next row to be 2 chairs placed in between the 3 for viewing purposes of any one in attendance.
Please have the American Flag at the bottom of the U by the projector.
