- Put up sound shells on the stage before the end of the school day on 5/31
- Set up choir risers on the stage in front of the sound shells
- put tables away in cafeteria and set up 500 folding chairs in two blocks with an aisle down the middle.
- Mics and Projectors (We would like to use several mics. We would like to consult on how many mics are available and need a sound person there to assist with levels at the concert.
- Unlock stage ramp door starting right after school relock after concert at 9pm(after teachers clean up)
- unlock door 8 from 6:15-7:15pm for student and audience arrival (students for the 6:30 arrival warm up time and parents for the 7:00pm concert.) and from 6:45-7:15pm for audience arrival. An Admin will be present for this time.
