• All cafeteria tables/chairs put away and 300 chairs set up with an aisle down the middle for audience members.
• 2 long tables near the front of the cafeteria
• As many microphones as possible. Screens down for powerpoint. Stage lights on for performers and sound system on for backing tracks. Sound control for microphones during performance.
• 1 table near the windows in the cafeteria hallway and one right outside the cafeteria in the hallway.
• Teachers will clear the stage.
