Board of Education Meeting – Community Room & LLC – June 18, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
Please start setting up the tables in the Community Room by 5:30 p.m.
In the community room, set up tables in a horseshoe shape. 2 tables and 3 chairs along the short side of the horseshoe (west side), 3 tables and 4 chairs along the north side, and 3 tables and 5 chairs along the south side.
1 small table at the entrance for handout & 2 tables on the north wall for food.
Open the divider between the community room and the library. In the library side, set up 75 chairs facing west for the audience. (Audience chairs set up can happen any time before 5:00 p.m.) Thank you.
Because of the Board’s Closed Session, have both exterior LLC doors locked. The Community room door stays unlocked.
Due to Social distancing chairs will have to spread far apart.
